Sidney Garber, the luxury fine jewelry house was founded in 1946 when the 25-year-old Sidney Garber returned from his service in the United States Airfare. Almost 80 years later it stands as a house renowned for its meticulous craftsmanship. The house's current Owner and Creative Director, Brooke Garber literally grew up behind the counter. In her teens she traveled with her father to France and Italy in search of the finest workshops.
In 2008, Brooke inherited the house, immediately expanding it to her home, New York City and adding a strong commitment to philanthropy. Brooke gives away her profits exactly what she would pay herself. Brooke’s modern sense of luxury learned at her father’s side informs all aspects of Sidney Garber.
Brooke Garber gives her profits to vital causes, including children’s mental health, women’s reproductive rights, the arts, and ending gun violence. This spirit of giving aligns with the mission of the Swan Ball.
Charitable Mission
Brooke Garber, the owner and creative director of Sidney Garber, decided in 2013 to give away all of her profits to causes she was passionate about.
