We want to be sure your jewelry shines brightly forever. We suggest you store it in a soft place (a lined drawer, pouch, or box). Prevent knots and tangles by closing all the clasps before storing. When traveling, keep each piece—including individual earrings—in separate soft bags or pouches.

The Rolling Bracelets are made by hand by the finest craftsmen. They don’t stretch over time but they may relax slightly. For most people, including us, this is imperceptible.

This technique involves building layers of metal (in Sidney Garber’s case, gold) around the surface of a model, or what’s called a mandrel. From there, electrical current is applied to the metal to create a permanent shape. The final form is a three-dimensional object that our craftsmen clean and polish by hand into a piece of jewelry. 

Tubogas is a technique in which bands of gold are wrapped to create an interlocking notched tube that’s unusually flexible and strong. The process is technically demanding, requiring exceptional care and control by experienced artisans. Our Tubogas pieces—the Rolling Bracelet, Domed Cuff, 75thAnniversary Bracelet and Necklace, Collana necklaces, and Snake Lariats—are handmade in Italy.

No, you don’t need to create an account to make a purchase. However, creating an account allows you to save your address information and payment details for faster checkout. It also lets you track your orders easily. If you have an account, you can start a wish list, which is pretty enticing.

Holiday Gift Policy: We accept the return of full price gifts purchased during the 2024 holiday season for credit to the original form of payment or exchange through 6 January 2025.

For items purchased at full price, we will refund the full price or exchange the piece if you return it within 10 days of delivery. 

If the item is a sale piece, we accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. 

All items must be returned in a timely, saleable condition, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable.

Altered products and special orders cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

Sidney Garber does not offer in house valuations; however we are able to recommend independent valuers who can assist and we would be happy to make an introduction.

Most pieces should take 4-6 weeks from start to finish. However, more complex pieces can take up to 3 months.

• Design approval by client (2-3 designs): 1-2 weeks
• Estimate for work on design selected: 7-10 days / 1-2 weeks
• Estimate approved by client: 30 days or sooner if possible
• Timeframe: work begins (4-6 weeks)

You will need to ensure insurance coverage for the duration that item will remain in Sidney Garber's possession. A certificate of insurance is required plus any images and certification should be obtained where possible.
