To measure an existing necklace, unclasp it and place it on a flat surface in a straight line. Then hold a measuring tape end to end. Voila!
To see where a necklace might fall on your body, cut a piece of string to the length that interests you and drape that around your neck. It won’t be perfect but it will give you a general idea.
When in doubt, please reach out to our specialist, who can guide you through the best process.

To measure an existing ring:
Remove the ring and hold a tape measure at the widest part. Write down the millimeter number
(the smallest marks on the tape measure). Find the number on the left side of the chart, above.
To measure your finger:
Take a tape measure or piece of string.
Wrap it around the finger on which you plan to wear the ring and mark the spot where the string meets. Place the string on a flat surface and measure to find the millimeter.
If the ring is wide, go up one size. If you’re confused, contact our client specialist, who can talk you through it.
