Shipping and Handling
Shipment of your order will occur within 7 business days from when the order was placed. If your item is on backorder, shipment will occur approximately 16 weeks from when the order was placed.
Once a shipping date is confirmed your package will be shipped overnight priority with a signature required. Prior to shipping your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number. Please use this to arrange to be present for delivery in order to provide a signature upon receipt. Please note that inclement weather may cause delays.
Orders can only be delivered domestically within the United States, and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or hotels.
We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer responsible.
We accept full price returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery, and archival sale (promotional) returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery.
All items must be returned timely, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable.
Altered products and special orders cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
All returns will be subject a Quality Control assessment to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet QC standards, Sidney Garber will refuse the return, and the products will be sent back to the Client. If the returned product satisfies Quality Control, Sidney Garber will proceed with the refund or exchange.
Please note that returns and exchanges for items purchased online may not be made within our retail stores.
Refunds and exchanges will be issued to the purchasing customer in the original form of payment only after the item has been received and is determined to be in saleable condition.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Client Specialist at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a return authorization and shipping label, as we provide free return and exchange shipping.

If the item was received as a gift, you are only eligible for an exchange of equal or higher value.
Each piece of our jewelry is handmade and subject to a rigorous quality control process before it is sent to our clients. Our carefully inspected jewelry is packaged with the utmost care for its travel to you. We encourage our clients to inspect each package immediately upon receipt. Should you receive an item you believe to be damaged, you must contact our Client Specialist at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-877-GARBER7, (877) 427-2377 within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
