Shipping and Handling

Sidney Garber ships to both U.S. and international addresses. To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please allow one to two business days for your order to be processed, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (FedEx Ground, FedEx Overnight, International). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Ground orders placed before 2pm EST will typically be shipped the same day as the order was placed. Overnight orders placed before 2pm EST will be shipped the same day as the order was placed. Quoted international shipping fees do not include custom & duty fees.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you. In the email, we provide you with a FedEx tracking number. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at support@sidneygarber.com .

Returns

To initiate a domestic return, click here.

For international returns, email support@sidneygarber.com.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items within 21 days of the original purchase date for a refund.

All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging they were sent with the tags and hygienic liners attached. Please make sure to include the original invoice with your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Sale items are final sale and non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges for the first domestic return will be complimentary. In the event of an additional return, shipping charges will apply. We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you send your order for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email.
